Job Description

Job Objective:



Support the implementation and strengthening of the continuous improvement culture within the plant through the application of Lean Manufacturing methodologies and CBS tools (Continental Business System / Continuous Business System), contributing to organizational development towards operational excellence

Main responsibilities
- Provide support to the different areas of the plant on issues related to continuous improvement and CBS methodologies.
- Participate in identifying improvement opportunities and support the execution of process optimization projects.
- Collaborate in the implementation and monitoring of CBS tools such as:
- 5S
- Visual Management (VM)
- Standard Work (SW)
- Structured Problem Solving (SPS)
- Leader Standard Work (LSW)
- Support internal continuous improvement audits, documenting findings and proposing improvement actions.
- Follow up on CBS indicators.
- Participate in Kaizen workshops and cross-functional improvement activities.
- Contribute to promoting the Continuous Improvement culture and organizational change within the plant.
