Work arrangement: On-site, with travel to properties required

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. | Saturday, 9:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.

Compensation: Message us for salary information. Performance bonuses and a fuel allowance are also offered.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for a highly organized, analytical, process-oriented person who can take full control of real estate listing management.

This is not a basic administrative role. It is a key position requiring structure, precision and the ability to execute.

Adecuado for candidates with an engineering or architecture background, or people with strong logical thinking skills who enjoy working with data, technical details and well-defined processes.

ABOUT THE ROLE

You will be responsible for managing each property from the moment the listing is taken through its ongoing follow-up on the market.

Your role will be to ensure that every property is properly analyzed, presented, positioned and communicated, freeing agents to focus on closing sales.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Comparable market analyses (CMAs)



and strategic pricing.
- On-site information gathering through property visits.
- Validation of technical data, measurements and features.
- Coordination of listing details, including descriptions and complete specifications.
- Review of floor plans, measurements and architectural data.
- Uploading and managing properties in systems and platforms.
- Ongoing communication with owners, including reports, updates and feedback.
- Coordination with marketing, photography and the sales team.
- Management and updating of property inventory.
- Ensuring quality, consistency and accuracy across all listings.
