Johanson Technology Inc. (JTI) is looking for aManufacturing Termination Engineer III for our Manufacturing facility in Tijuana, MX. The role will be responsible for engineering ownership, process development, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of thick-film termination processes supporting a broad range of ceramic electronic component configurations.

JTI has over thirty years' experience specializing in the design, manufacture and sales of high-quality Power and RF ceramic chip capacitors, inductors, and Integrated Passive Components into the integral electronics market.

Yearly Salary (Exempt): $125,000 - $140,000

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Materials Science/Engineering, Ceramic Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry,



or a closely related technical field required.
- Minimum of five (5) years of process or manufacturing engineering experience in electronic ceramics, passive components, thick-film metallization, hybrid electronics, or a related high-temperature materials process; exceptional candidates with less experience may be considered based on technical strength
- Demonstrated hands-on engineering experience in manufacturing/process development, including structured troubleshooting, experimental work, technical documentation, and implementation of process improvements.
- Proficient in communicating and writing, Bilingual English/Spanish.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, PowerPoint)

Preferred EDuCATION AND Experience
- Master's degree in Materials Science/Engineering, Ceramic Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Chemistry,
- Direct experience with termination pastes,
