Bilingual Lead Manager – Real Estate

Just to clarify, we're not exclusively hiring candidates based in Mexico. We're open to qualified candidates from across LATAM, as long as they can work the required U.S. time-zone schedule.
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM EST
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Rate: $10/hour + $250 spiff per closed deal

About the Role
We are a growing real estate investment company looking for a bilingual Lead Manager who can take ownership of inbound seller leads from the first conversation through qualification and handoff to the owner.
This is not a traditional appointment-setting or basic follow-up role.
We are looking for someone who is comfortable having natural, unscripted conversations with homeowners, asking thoughtful follow-up questions, understanding their situation and motivation, and identifying whether a lead is genuinely qualified.
The adecuado candidate is empathetic, curious, confident on the phone, and highly disciplined when it comes to CRM management and follow-up.
What You'll Do




- Handle warm inbound calls from homeowners interested in selling their property.
- Conduct thorough discovery conversations to understand the seller's situation, motivation, timeline, property details, and expectations.
- Ask thoughtful follow-up questions rather than simply following a script.
- Build genuine rapport and make homeowners feel heard and understood.
- Identify the seller's motivation, urgency, decision-making process, and willingness to consider an offer.
- Confirm property status, ownership, decision-makers, and other relevant qualification details.
- Determine whether the lead meets the company's qualification criteria.
- Follow up with leads consistently and appropriately based on their situation.
- Maintain accurate and detailed lead records in GoHighLevel (GHL).
- Keep lead stages, notes, tasks, conversations, and follow-up activities organized and up to date.
