Paid Media Specialist
to join a integral Marketing team within a
B2B SaaS / technology environment
. This is a highly hands-on role with real ownership of paid media execution, optimization, testing, and performance. What you'll own
- Manage, build, and optimize paid search and paid social campaigns
- Own Google Ads strategy, campaign structure, bidding, keywords, audiences, and budgets
- Manage and optimize significant paid media investment
- Monitor daily performance and identify optimization opportunities
- Build campaigns from scratch and run structured A/B tests
- Optimize landing pages, conversion paths, and post-click experiences




- Connect paid media performance to the full funnel: MQLs → SQLs → opportunities → pipeline → revenue
- Develop weekly/monthly performance reporting and actionable insights
- Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, Analytics, Web, Content, and Revenue Operations teams

What we're looking for
Strong, hands-on expertise in
Google Ads
