This role should be based on Mexico City, to ensure regular in person meetings with Sephora.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Regional Brand Director, LATAM is responsible for leading the commercial strategy and execution across Mexico, Brazil, Colombia and Peru currently.



Reporting to the VP, NA & LATAM, this role drives sales growth by building strong retail partnerships, and ensuring the successful execution of integral brand initiatives.

The Regional Brand Director works closely with Global Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Education, and Retail Marketing to deliver commercial objectives while maintaining Rare Beauty’s brand standards across the region. This role is responsible for driving regional growth, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring operational excellence through strong cross-functional collaboration. The Regional Brand Director partners with the VP, NA & LATAM on business planning, investment recommendations, and regional priorities, while leading the execution of the commercial strategy across LATAM.
