About the Role
The Solution Engineer acts as the technical bridge between Sales, Engineering, and the customer. The role exists to interpret complex customer requirements and transform them into feasible, cost-effective automated warehouse solutions. By providing technical expertise on Mushiny's product offerings, this position ensures that proposed systems are architecturally sound and optimized for the customer's specific logistics application.

Responsibilities
- Solution Design & Concepting:
- What: Interprets customer requirements to develop derived system solutions.
- How: By collaborating with Sales and Engineering to determine feasibility and leveraging AutoCAD for design.
- Why: To ensure Mushiny provides a technically viable and optimized solution that meets the client's needs.
- Technical Sales Support:
- What:



Provides expertise regarding product offerings and capabilities.
- How: By attending customer meetings, making technical presentations, and traveling to sites for application research.
- Why: To build customer trust and ensure the proposed solution is grounded in real-world application data.
- Proposal & Cost Management:
- What: Prepares and reviews cost estimates and technical proposal details.
- How: By analyzing technical specifications and project requirements.
- Why: To guarantee the financial and technical accuracy of communications sent to the customer.
- Product Alignment:
- What: Identifies and communicates product development priorities.
- How: By synthesizing customer feedback and technical gaps identified during the sales process.
- Why: To align Mushiny's innovation roadmap with presente market demands and customer requirements.

Qualifications
- Years of Experience: 2–5 years of general engineering experie
