To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an Inside Sales Representative located in Guadalajara, North Campus.

Reporting to the Inside Sales Director, the Inside Sales Representative role involves being in-charge of leading strategies to grow the Coreworks and Component Services businesses to drive solutions for our internal & external customers resulting in increased revenue and margin for the company.

What a typical day looks like:
• Directly interface as the primary daily point of contact with our internal and external customers.





• Collaborate closely with Inside Sales team members, Business Development Directors, Program management, Site teams, and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with our internal customers.
• Support and resolve the ISM for external customers, ensuring the customers’ needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.
• Participate in customer meetings and business reviews as needed.
• Support the Inside Sales team and the Business Development leader on the implementation and expansion of customers at the site level.
• Work with Axiom site teams to manage inventory levels & claims.
• Share insights and best practices with team members to enhance overall sales effectiveness.
• Track the customer’s sales activities through sales order fulfillment.
