About the role:

The RGM Sr. Manager – Mexico is a key leadership role to drive the Growth discipline including RGM, commercial planning, customer planning, and performance management in Diageo Mexico.
Financial Accountability
Responsible for the strategic delivery of the full business top-line performance and Gross Margin targets.

Key Functional Responsibilities
• Partner with the Regional/General RGM team to grow capabilities and share best practices.
• Co-lead the multifunctional RGM team being responsible for 100% of levers, Channels and Categories.
• Lead the Strategic Pricing and Assortment agendas.
• RGM Champion for Scotch & Modern Trade Channels.
• Establish appropriate routines with Sales Channels to develop and deliver against the Promotional effectiveness & Trade Terms agenda.
