Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) Analyst (AI Training)

What You'll Do

• Review and analyze security policies, controls, and procedures for accuracy and completeness
• Classify and evaluate compliance scenarios across frameworks like SOC 2, ISO 27001, and NIST
• Assess risk statements, control mappings, and audit-style documentation
• Generate and validate training and evaluation data that teaches AI systems how GRC reasoning works in practice




• Provide structured, precise written feedback on complex compliance scenarios

Who You Are

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in GRC, compliance, or risk management
• Solid familiarity with one or more frameworks — SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, or similar
• Comfortable reading, interpreting, and critiquing policy and audit documentation
• Detail-oriented with strong written reasoning skills
• Self-directed and reliable working independently in an async environment

Nice to Have

• Prior experience with data annotation, data quality, or AI evaluation workflows
• Background in information security or IT audit
• Experience writing or reviewing risk assessments or control narratives
