As a Zuma Cashier, you are responsible for the accurate and secure management of restaurant payment transactions, ensuring all financial activity is processed and reconciled in accordance with Company procedures. This role manages the cash register from opening through closing, including payment processing, reconciliation, tip reporting, and discrepancy resolution. The Cashier also provides professional guest assistance with billing inquiries and supports the Reception team as needed to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

Main Duties
Your key responsibilities will include:
• Open and close the cash register according to Company procedures, including cash counts and reconciliation
• Accurately process guest payments, including cash, credit cards, and other approved payment methods
• Review guest checks for accuracy and assist with billing or payment-related inquiries
• Monitor cash and payment transactions and report any discrepancies or irregularities to management
• Complete nightly reconciliation, cash reports, and tip reporting accurately
