About the Role

The manager will lead a multi-regional payroll team, oversee global payroll operations and compliance, drive process improvement and transformation initiatives, manage complex payroll matters and projects, and partner with stakeholders and vendors to ensure accurate, timely, and efficient payroll delivery.

Responsibilities

• Payroll Operations & Leadership

Lead, coach, and develop a multi-regional payroll team to ensure accurate and timely payroll delivery. Provide expert advice and guidance on all payroll matters, acting as the escalation point for complex operational and compliance issues. Recruit, develop, motivate, and manage team performance,



providing the necessary guidelines and tools to achieve individual and team objectives.

• Governance, Compliance & Policy

Develop, implement, and maintain general payroll policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure data integrity and audit readiness. Ensure strict compliance with all international, national, and local payroll, tax, and labor regulations.

• Process Improvement & Transformation

Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including the automation of systems and standardization of payroll processes to enhance operational efficiency. Lead the design and implementation of best practices within the payroll function. Support system implementations, upgrades, testing, and optimization efforts. Utilize data-driven insights and performance metrics to identify opportunities, support recommendations, and make informed decisions.
