As an HR Services Advisor, you will serve as a trusted partner to employees, supervisors, and managers by providing guidance and support across a wide range of Human Resources services. This role is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys balancing employee support, labor relations, HR administration, and process excellence while working closely with manufacturing operations.



You will play a critical role in delivering a positive employee experience, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and supporting the organization's people strategy. Working within our constructive culture, you will continue developing your expertise through coaching, collaboration, and leadership support.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR support and guidance to employees, supervisors, and managers.
• Manage employee relations matters, including investigations, disciplinary actions, policy interpretation, and conflict resolution.
• Ensure compliance with Mexican labor law, company policies, and internal procedures.
• Support union-related activities and maintain effective labor relations practices.
• Manage employee lifecycle transactions, including hiring, transfers, status changes, and terminations.
• Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy and integrity within HR sys
