We're looking for a friendly, organized, and proactive Case Manager to help families stay supported and ensure every case stays on track.
You'll coordinate schedules, manage follow-ups, communicate with parents, and work closely with internal teams. You'll also help improve processes and support daily operations.
No healthcare or previous Case Manager experience is required. If you have experience as an Executive Assistant, Operations Coordinator, Administrative Coordinator, or in a similar role, and you're organized, proactive, and good at managing multiple priorities, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate multiple cases, schedules, tasks, and follow-ups.
- Communicate with parents by phone and provide friendly, professional support.
- Keep case information, documents, and updates accurate and organized.
- Follow up on important tasks and make sure deadlines are met.
- Work closely with internal teams to keep cases moving forward.




- Support recruiting and candidate sourcing when needed.
- Assist with administrative and operational tasks.
- Keep systems and records updated.
- Identify ways to improve workflows and daily operations.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and help solve problems as they arise.

What You'll Bring
- Experience as an Executive Assistant, Operations Assistant, Administrative Coordinator, Case Coordinator, Project Coordinator, or similar role.
- Strong operations experience and the ability to manage multiple workflows at once.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
- A friendly, professional, and people-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Strong problem-solving skills and good judgment.
- Comfortable learning new software and systems quickly.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environm
