For our client, an international technology company that is strengthening its commercial and marketing presence in Mexico and LATAM, we are looking for Event Marketing Manager | B2B Tech Events in Mexico.

We are looking for a proactive, hands-on and highly organized Event Marketing Manager who can take ownership of event activities in Mexico, from identifying the right opportunities and managing local vendors to lead capture, CRM follow-up and post-event performance analysis.
This is not a purely operational event-planning role.

The main goal of this role is to make events a measurable commercial channel by supporting brand awareness, generating qualified leads, contributing to SQL and pipeline creation, and connecting event participation with clear business outcomes.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR IN OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE
· We are looking for a proactive, responsible, and highly organized professional who can take ownership of event execution in Mexico and manage multiple details, vendors, deadlines, and internal stakeholders at the same time.




· The adecuado candidate should have solid experience organizing corporate, B2B marketing events and should understand that events are not only about logistis, but also about brand visibility, lead generation, CRM follow-up, and business impact.

EXPERIENCE IN THE FOLLOWING SECTORS WOULD BE HIGHLY VALUABLE:
B2B technology; SaaS; FinTech / PayTech; banking technology; telecom; CPaaS; cloud communications; contact center technology; enterprise software; digital B2B services; corporate event agencies serving technology or business clients.

1. Experience in event management, event marketing, field marketing, corporate events, B2B events.
2. Previous experience organizing business-focused events such as conferences, trade shows, expos, sponsored events, business lunches, executive dinners, roundtables, or partner events.
3. Strong experience coordinating local vendors, including venues, production teams, booth builders, printing suppliers,
