Job Description

Lead the integrated planning and marketing execution of initiatives for the assigned portfolio, ensuring operational excellence and a consistent customer experience. Also, drive strategic and transformation projects that strengthen commercial performance, process agility, innovation, and launch readiness through cross-functional coordination, governance, and rigorous performance tracking.

Marketing Strategy and Planning
- Translate business objectives into actionable brand and tactical plans, with milestones, owners, resources,



and performance-tracking metrics.
- Analyze initiative performance, market trends, and feedback to propose optimizations and prioritize opportunities.
- Contribute to the definition of marketing and strategic-project priorities in alignment with the affiliate strategy.

Campaign Execution and Customer Engagement
- Coordinate the development and timely execution of campaigns, promotional materials, communications, and customer-facing activities.
- Manage congresses, workshops, training sessions, and other customer engagement initiatives, ensuring quality, brand consistency, and follow-up.
- Ensure flawless execution through control of timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and contingency plans.

Strategic Project and Transformation Leadership
- Lead projects that improve business performance, operational efficiency, go-to-market models or customer experience.
