Essential FunctionsReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.* Provide World Class Service on all calls by using ResortCom Call Quality model.* Handle inbound and outbound calls assisting members with financial obligations.* Effectively resolve customer issues and complaints through proper research, identify solutions and accept ownership.* Educate members on services offered and payment deadlines.* Maintain a working knowledge of all resorts, company policies, procedures, and services.* Meet or exceed daily, weekly,
