The Chief Financial Officer, Latin America is the senior-most finance executive for the region, accountable for the financial strategy, performance, governance, capital allocation, risk management, and long-term value creation of Milwaukee Tool’s professional business and Ryobi’s consumer business throughout Latin America. This leader serves as a strategic partner to the regional business president,



integral finance leadership, and TTI executive leadership, providing the financial judgment, discipline, and enterprise perspective needed to accelerate profitable growth, scale the organization, and steward the region’s financial health.

This role is ideal for a commercially minded CFO who can operate as both strategist and steward, shaping business strategy, testing investment choices, protecting financial integrity, and building the finance infrastructure required to support a complex, fast-growing, multi-country business.
