Location: Tijuana or Mexico City Language: Fluent English and Spanish required OTE: $60,000–$80,000 USD Base: $30,000–$40,000 USD The Opportunity We’re looking for an experienced salesperson to help build Univision’s new self-service advertising business in the United States. This is a new-business role. You will not inherit an established book of accounts. You will build one. Your focus will be identifying advertisers and agencies in key US markets, opening new relationships, pitching Univision’s advertising solutions and managing opportunities through to closed campaign. Initially, the role will be heavily focused on outbound prospecting. Over time, you will also work opportunities referred by Univision’s existing sales teams, inbound advertiser interest and repeat customers. You will work closely with both Univision and DanAds and become an extension of Univision’s commercial organization. What You’ll Do Build a pipeline of US advertisers and agencies through outbound prospecting, networking and referrals Run discovery calls,



sales meetings and platform demonstrations Sell Univision advertising solutions to SMB and mid-market advertisers Manage the full sales cycle from first contact through to campaign launch Develop first-time advertisers into repeat customers Build agency relationships that can generate multiple advertiser opportunities Work alongside Univision’s local US sales teams Identify larger opportunities that should be escalated into Univision’s enterprise sales organization Who We’re Looking For We care more about proven sales ability than the perfect CV. We’re particularly interested in candidates who already understand the US market, have experience selling to advertisers or agencies, and are comfortable building business through proactive outbound sales.
