Build the people, finance, and ops processes that hold a 24 → 60 person company together.
You're the first People + Ops hire. You design recruiting, onboarding, payroll, benefits, and office ops. You report direct to CEO. You'll have to say no to a lot of things.
What you'll do
- Define the end-to-end hiring process
- Coordinate payroll in MX and US (with external accountants)
- Benefits, contracts, labor compliance
- Office ops and team events
What we're looking for
- 3+ years in People Ops or COO/chief of staff at a startup
- Know Mexican labor law
- Professional English to coordinate with US
- Operator, not consultant
