THE ROLE You’ll own Poco Bero’s entire social presence — from strategy down to the caption. You’ll lead influencer relationships, manage our TikTok creator community, negotiate deals, and show up to photo shoots, pop-ups, and wherever else the brand needs energy. Inbound partnership opportunities land on your desk. So does the budget to act on them. WHAT YOU’LL DO Own all social channels — content calendar, creative direction, posting, and community engagement Lead influencer seeding and outreach — identify, pitch,



and build lasting relationships Manage and grow our TikTok creator community — these people are our megaphone Negotiate one-off deals with larger influencers, with full autonomy to close Handle all inbound partnership and collaboration inquiries Be on the ground for photo shoots, pop-ups, and brand activations Manage a real budget and make real decisions with it — no hand-holding Track performance, report insights, and iterate until it works Own our e-mail marketing calendar and execution Klaviyo experience a plus Produce video content to fill in content gabs where necessary (~10 posts/mo) WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR You live on social media — not just as a user, but as someone who gets how it works Strong understanding of Meta marketing (Instagram Facebook ecosystems) Experience with influencer outreach, seeding, and deal negotiation Comfortable managing a budget and making spending calls independently A crea
