The Global Creative team within Marketing is responsible for our brand and marketing creative. We are seeking a Creative Operations Lead (Level 7) to serve as the operational backbone, strategic connector, and primary facilitator for the Flex Creative node in Mexico City. This is a leadership position focused on orchestrating workflow infrastructures, removing operational friction, and scaling the cell's creative output to match the demands of a world-class general enterprise. Reporting into the local leadership, you will serve as the critical, high-frequency bridge between the Mexico City creative cell and Salesforce Headquarters (HQ). Working in close alignment with the broader global creative leadership team, you will ensure that the node's resource management, production pipelines, and localization workflows remain flawlessly synchronized with global campaign roadmaps.
