At Impact Advisors Mexico, you'll work at the intersection of clinical operations, imaging informatics, and technology—supporting the implementation, optimization, and adoption of enterprise imaging solutions for U.S. healthcare organizations.
This role is adecuado for a collaborative professional who can translate clinical imaging workflows into practical system solutions—and who is passionate about workflow design, end-user adoption, and the quality of the imaging experience across the enterprise.
What You'll Do
Enterprise Imaging Implementation & Support
- Support the implementation, optimization,



and maintenance of enterprise imaging solutions, including PACS, Vendor Neutral Archives (VNA), image sharing platforms, and imaging workflow applications.
- Support imaging system upgrades, migrations, and application optimization initiatives.
- Assist in troubleshooting workflow, integration, and image-routing issues across imaging platforms and modalities.
- Maintain strong relationships with clinical users, vendors, and implementation teams to ensure successful adoption of imaging solutions.

Workflow Analysis & Optimization
- Collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders to assess current-state workflows and design future-state imaging workflows.
- Analyze imaging workflows and data flows to identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
- Serve as a bridge between clinical operations, imaging informatics, and technology teams.
