Working Environment and Location This position is based in Mexico City (Santa Fe) and will require on-site work in a hybrid set up.

Purpose and Scope he Sourcing Manager - Real World Evidence (RWE) & Development Services leads end-to-end sourcing and contracting activities across RWE generation and selected Development services. The role serves as a key execution partner to Category Managers and business stakeholders, translating study and program needs into compliant sourcing strategies while driving value, speed, and supplier performance across Medical Affairs and Development portfolios
Role and Responsibilities Strategic Sourcing & Execution
• Lead sourcing activities from intake through supplier award for RWE and Development services, including RFIs, RFPs, bid evaluations, negotiations, and award justification
