5+ years professional experience managing software development projects
~ product launches, trade shows) with critical-path and buffer management
~ Experience with formal risk registers and change-control processes
~ Experience managing project scope, budget, resourcing, and timelines across multiple concurrent workstreams




~ Experience running Agile/Scrum or Kanban teams
~ Experience with project management and tracking tools (Jira, Asana, or similar)
~ Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience translating technical concepts for non-technical clients and executives
~ Experience identifying, tracking, and mitigating project risks and dependencies
~ Bachelor's degree required
~ PMP, CSM, or PSM certification
Experience on projects with regulatory or compliance requirements (e.g., legal sign-offs, statutory deadlines)
