Service Segment Manager - WW Channel Services
This role has been designed as 'Hybrid' with a requirement that you will work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office.

Represents HPE Operational Services within the NA channel, serving as a trusted stakeholder to Distribution Business Managers and Distribution Partners. Supports services business growth through distributor engagement, sales readiness, business planning, and enablement activities across all services sales motions. Uses data-driven insights to identify opportunities, resolve day to day operational challenges, improve partner performance, and help drive services growth through the indirect channel ecosystem.




Build and maintain trusted relationships with distributor stakeholders and internal teams to support HPE Operational Services business priorities.
Support the creation and execution of distributor focused business plans designed to drive services attach, installed base growth, and overall services performance.
Contribute to business reviews with distributors, leveraging data and analytics to identify opportunities, monitor performance, and develop recommendations/solutions to drive business improvements.
Partner with distributors and resellers to address day-to-day operational, sales, and process-related challenges that may impact business performance.
Deliver and coordinate distributor enablement activities, including training, communication, and awareness programs that improve partner capability and engagement.
Collaborate with HPE sales, channel, operations, and services teams to resolve issues, remove barriers, and support successful business outcomes.
