We are looking for a Project Manager to expand our Engineering & Technology team in Latin America. We are looking for someone who is based in Mexico City.
Your Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Lead the execution of industrial wastewater and water treatment projects from contract award through commissioning and project close out.
- Oversee project planning, execution, budget control, risk management and contractual obligations to ensure successful project delivery.
- Coordinate procurement activities and follow-up deliveries, civil works and electromechanical works.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project life cycle, ensuring clear communication, expectation management and customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, subcontractors and internal stakeholders across engineering, procurement, execution, start up and management teams.
- Facilitate effective collaboration between multicultural teams located across different countries and timezones.
- Drive alignment among stakeholders with different priorities,



ensuring decisions are communicated clearly and executed effectively.
- Prepare and present project status updates, forecasts, risks, and mitigation plans to management and other stakeholders.
- Report directly to management.

Your profile:
- Only open to candidates living in Mexico City
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Proven experience managing EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) projects in an industrial environment. Experience in water and wastewater treatment plants is a strong advantage
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust, influence decisions, and navigate challenging conversations both internally and externally.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, technical specialists, and senior management.
