As a Senior Logistics Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing and expanding strategic Retail & Lifestyle customer relationships while driving sustainable and profitable growth across our Logistics & Services portfolio.
Develop and expand strategic Retail & Lifestyle customer relationships.
Develop executive-level relationships with decision makers across Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics, Transportation, and Operations.
Lead commercial negotiations and successfully close new business opportunities.
Maintain high-quality pipeline management and forecasting through CRM tools.
Support successful customer onboarding and ensure long-term contract compliance and business retention.
This role is designed for a proven logistics professional who thrives in a commercial environment, enjoys solving complex supply chain challenges,



and has a passion for building long-term customer partnerships. Is comfortable engaging with senior decision makers and influencing complex buying processes. Has a strong commercial mindset and a track record of consistently delivering results.
Required
Experience 5+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or freight forwarding sales. Strong track record of winning and growing business across Ocean, LCL, Cross Border, Customs, Air, 3PL Visibility services Landside Transportation, Contract Logistics, or related logistics solutions. Demonstrated experience engaging local and regional decision makers and navigating complex customer organizations. Experience building business cases and developing value-driven commercial proposals. CRM proficiency and disciplined pipeline management. Fluent English and Spanish.
