As the organization continues to grow and evolve, it is seeking an accomplished HR leader to shape and execute its people strategy within a complex industrial environment. Reporting to the executive leadership team, the Human Resources Director will be responsible for leading all aspects of the human resources function and ensuring alignment between business objectives and people strategies.
Partnering with senior leaders to provide strategic HR guidance and support business objectives.
Developing and executing talent management, succession planning, leadership development, and workforce planning strategies.
Driving organizational design, change management, and transformation initiatives.
Leading employee engagement, performance management, compensation,



and talent review processes.
Supporting manufacturing operations by enhancing workforce capability and organizational performance.
Utilizing HR metrics and analytics to inform business decisions and improve organizational outcomes.
Leading, developing, and mentoring the HR team while promoting best-in-class HR practices.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of progressive HR leadership experience.
Proven experience within manufacturing, industrial, automotive, consumer goods, packaging, electronics, or similar operational environments.
Demonstrated success partnering with senior executives and influencing business decisions.
Experience leading organizational change, transformation, and talent management initiatives.
Track record of building and developing high-performing HR teams.
