Key Accountabilities:
What you'll do:
- Apply your reporting, data analysis, and ATS administration skills to support recruitment operations and maintain data accuracy.
- Use your coordination and organizational skills to manage high-volume interview scheduling and offer processes.
- Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and stakeholders to deliver a seamless hiring experience.
- Contribute to recruitment efficiency and reporting objectives by leveraging your expertise in Excel, ATS platforms, and HR systems.
- Drive improvements in recruitment administration and reporting processes through your attention to detail, analytical mindset, and technical skills.
Skills & Requirements:
