About the role:

As an Associate Consultant - Organizational Change Management, you will make an impact by supporting enterprise transformation initiatives through learning, training, communications, and adoption strategies that help organizations realize business value and achieve successful change outcomes. You will be a valued member of our Consulting team and work collaboratively with client stakeholders, project teams, change practitioners, and business leaders to drive user readiness and adoption.

In this role, you will:
- Support the design and delivery of learning strategies, training curricula,



and adoption programs for business and technology transformation initiatives.
- Partner with stakeholders to assess change impacts, identify capability gaps, and recommend learning and engagement approaches.
- Develop training materials, communications, knowledge transfer content, and other learning deliverables that support user adoption.
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and training sessions while supporting project readiness activities and risk mitigation efforts.
- Contribute to practice development initiatives, proposal support activities, and cross-functional collaboration within the consulting organization.
