The idóneo candidate will bring a strong background in strategic consulting, preferably from a Big Four firm (Mckenzie, Bain, BCG, Deloitte, PwC, EY, or KPMG), combined with hands-on experience in marketing strategy, advanced analytics, AI-driven solutions, and commercial transformation.

Your Mission
Lead the evolution of our marketing function into a predictive, data-driven growth engine by leveraging advanced analytics, artificial intelligence,



and customer intelligence to anticipate market trends, optimize commercial investments, and maximize customer lifetime value.
You will play a critical role in shaping our growth strategy, identifying new business opportunities, and driving measurable improvements in customer acquisition, retention, revenue, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing & Business Growth
~ Define and execute the overall marketing strategy, aligning business objectives with data-driven growth initiatives. Identify new market opportunities, optimize marketing investments, and partner with executive leadership to drive sustainable revenue growth.

Advanced Analytics & Predictive Modeling
Lead the development and implementation of predictive models to anticipate customer behavior, forecast demand, identify churn risks, optimize customer segmentation, and maximize customer lifetime value (CLV).
