Responsibilities
Job Purpose
This position reports to the Human Resources Management team and its purpose is to efficiently and effectively fill vacant positions by building a viable talent pool, fostering a positive candidate experience,
and acting as an internal business partner. The role involves leading the onboarding process for the facility, developing the plan, tailoring it to individual needs, and ensuring its adherence to provide new employees with a valuable onboarding experience. Additionally, the role includes proposing and developing programs and activities to increase employee loyalty and promote a healthy and safe work environment.
Essential duties and responsibilities
- Recruitment and Selection: Manages the filling of vacancies through recruitment processes, interviews, background checks, and coordination with requesting departments, ensuring effective closing and providing feedback to candidates.
- Inclusion and Candidate Experience: Ensures that recruitment processes are aligned with inclusion and non-discrimination policies, guaranteeing a positive experience for all candidates.
