About the Team
Sales Operations Analyst - Global Marine & Energy plays a critical role in supporting Castrol's Global Marine & Energy (GME) business across the Americas region. As part of the Sales Operations team, you will help ensure efficient commercial processes, provide operational support to account managers, and act as a key liaison between sales teams and global support functions.
Based in Santa Fe, Mexico City with a hybrid working model (3 days per week in the office),



this role offers the opportunity to work in a highly collaborative integral environment, partnering with teams across multiple countries and time zones. You will support customer onboarding, pricing and contract administration, CRM management, sales reporting, commercial analysis, and issue resolution to help deliver an exceptional customer experience and drive business performance.
Key Tasks
- Support sales operations activities across the Americas region, working closely with Account Managers and commercial teams.
- Coordinate customer onboarding, account setup, pricing requests, and master data maintenance.
- Maintain CRM data integrity and support sales performance reporting and analysis.
- Support contract administration, commercial documentation, and tender activities.
- Generate sales insights and performance reporting to support business decision-making.
