Job Overview
The Advanced Quality & Product Security Office r (AQE) is responsible for driving and facilitating Advanced Quality and New Product Development projects to ensure TE Connectivity products meet or exceed customer requirements. This role serves as a key quality partner throughout the product development lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement advanced quality methodologies, support risk assessment activities, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure successful product launches. The AQE plays a critical role in enhancing product quality, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence while working in a global, matrixed environment
What your background should look like
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering,



Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related Engineering discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Engineering, Advanced Quality Engineering, Manufacturing, Product Development, or Project Management assignments.
- Experience working in general and multicultural environments with cross-functional teams.
- Proven experience supporting complex product development and manufacturing projects.
- PMP certification or Project Management experience is considered a strong advantage.
- Engineering Design experience is preferred.
- Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is a plus.
- Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal, including presentation skills
- Experience with IEC 62443, ISO/IEC 27001, or similar Product Security frameworks.
- Experience in Automotive, Industrial Automation, Embedded Systems, Connectivity, or other safety- or security-critical industries.
