Your Role
As an Administrative and Financial Intern, you will be responsible for a range of financial and administrative tasks which include but are not limited to

Manage and ensure compliance with fiscal administration,



including downloading and archiving relevant TAX documents.

Generate invoices using internal platforms, ensuring accuracy and timely submission to clients.

Contribute to the financial control process by updating payment files and preparing monthly reports on team assignments and cash flow reconciliations.

Provide operational support to the financial team by maintaining accurate records in internal platforms and facilitating administrative tasks as needed.

Participate in the collection process: monitoring accounts receivable and providing lists for payment supplements.

Ensure all documentation is organized and easily accessible for audits and reviews.

Who You Are

A student in the final semesters of Accounting, Finance, Administration, or a related field.

Eager to develop skills in Finance, Administration, and Management Control.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability
