Your Role

As an Administrative and Financial Intern, you will be responsible for a range of financial and administrative tasks which include but are not limited to
- Manage and ensure compliance with fiscal administration,



including downloading and archiving relevant TAX documents.
- Generate invoices using internal platforms, ensuring accuracy and timely submission to clients.
- Contribute to the financial control process by updating payment files and preparing monthly reports on team assignments and cash flow reconciliations.
- Provide operational support to the financial team by maintaining accurate records in internal platforms and facilitating administrative tasks as needed.
- Participate in the collection process: monitoring accounts receivable and providing lists for payment supplements.
- Ensure all documentation is organized and easily accessible for audits and reviews.

Who You Are
- A student in the final semesters of Accounting, Finance, Administration, or a related field.
- Eager to develop skills in Finance, Administration, and Management Control.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple
