The Talent Advisoris responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire top talent while ensuring an excellent candidate experience and compliance throughout the process. This role combines strategic recruiting, stakeholder management, and process improvement within a fast-paced aerospace environment.
What You Will Do:
- Acts as the subject matter expert in the hiring process, acting as a liaison between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring ahigh-qualityexperience for both.
- Proactively develop strategic relationships and engagement strategies with identified universities, technicalorganizationsand referral networks.
- Reviews resumes and employment applications to createa short listof candidates tosubmitto the hiring manager.
- Interview and screens applicants for technical competence, applicable background and skills, individualgoalsand ability to fit in the organization and function effectively.
- Makes employment recommendations based on information developed through phone screens, on-site interviews, and evaluates data concerningpreviousemployment records.
- Ensures compliance with all legal aspects of the hiring process.
- Establishes cadencereviews with hiring managers to ensuretimelyresponse to candidates and fill the position.
