As a Technical Training Coordinator, you will play a key role in developing the technical capabilities of our manufacturing teams, ensuring employees have the knowledge, skills, and qualifications needed to perform safely, efficiently, and in compliance with quality standards.
Your 'Day to Day'
- Coordinate and execute technical training plans for manufacturing employees.
- Partner with Operations, Maintenance,



Quality and other stakeholders to identify capability gaps and training needs.
- Schedule, organize and monitor technical training activities, ensuring alignment with production priorities.
- Manage training records, qualification matrices and documentation in compliance with Quality Management System requirements.
- Track training KPIs and analyze training effectiveness to drive continuous improvement.
- Coordinate technical training delivered by OEMs and external providers.
- Support budget planning and cost control related to technical training activities.
- Ensure training programs comply with safety, quality, environmental and regulatory requirements.
- Coach and support trainers and subject matter experts to deliver high-quality learning experiences.
- Contribute to capability building initiatives that strengthen operational excellence across the factory.
