Ericsson is seeking an Account Manager to drive business growth and strengthen strategic customer relationships across the telecommunications industry. In this role, you will work closely with customers to understand their business objectives, identify opportunities, and position Ericsson’s portfolio of products, solutions, and services as a trusted partner in their digital transformation journey.You will play a key role in developing account strategies, driving sales opportunities, managing customer relationships, and delivering long-term value for both our customers and Ericsson.

What you will do
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Drive profitable business growth by identifying, developing, and converting new and existing opportunities.
- Understand customer business priorities and align Ericsson solutions to support their strategic objectives.
- Lead commercial discussions, including value positioning, business case development, negotiations, and contract management.




- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline across products, solutions, and services.
- Collaborate with technical, delivery, finance, legal, and solution teams to develop competitive and customer-focused proposals.
- Monitor market trends, customer challenges, and competitive activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Support customer success by ensuring delivered solutions generate measurable business value.
- Contribute to account planning and long-term business development strategies.

The skills you bring
- Experience in Account Management, Sales, Business Development, or Customer Engagement roles.
- Strong understanding of the Telecommunications, ICT, or Technology industry.
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships with customers and senior stakeholders.
- Experience managing complex sales opportunities and commercial negotiations.
