New Product Development, and global quality teams, taking ownership of cross-site quality coordination and helping us build a more standardized, reliable, and customer-focused operation.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinate quality activities across manufacturing sites, ensuring alignment with global standards, quality systems, and business priorities.
- Drive the standardization of inspection, testing, rework, containment, and documentation practices to improve product quality and consistency.
- Partner with manufacturing, engineering, and operations teams to resolve internal and customer-related quality issues using structured problem-solving methodologies.
- Support new product development and manufacturing readiness activities, including validation, PPAP requirements, audits, and quality planning.
- Monitor quality performance, share lessons learned, and implement best practices that help reduce defects
