Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Support the Credit & Collections team in monitoring customer accounts and outstanding balances.
- Assist with collection activities and follow up on overdue invoices to support healthy cash flow.
- Help maintain accurate customer master data, credit information and account records.




- Support customer account reviews and credit evaluations through data analysis and reporting.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to investigate and resolve payment discrepancies.
- Assist in preparing reports, dashboards and documentation related to credit and collections performance.
- Support account reconciliation activities and ensure accurate financial records.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, internal controls and standard operating procedures.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and special projects that drive operational excellence.

What Makes You the Right Fit
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
- Strong interest in developing a career in Credit, Collections, Accounts Receivable or Financial Operations.
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
