Netsuite Developer
Experience Range: With at least 4 to 6 years of experience as a business systems analyst, including direct exposure to NetSuite within finance and accounting environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, document, and prioritize business requirements for NetSuite enhancements and new functionality by partnering with finance, accounting, and operations stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development teams.
- Configure and maintain NetSuite features such as saved searches, custom fields, forms, roles, and basic workflow adjustments to support evolving business needs.
- Plan and execute user acceptance testing, develop test cases, and track defects to ensure high-quality NetSuite releases.
- Act as a subject matter expert on NetSuite processes, resolving user issues and optimizing system utilization.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, and integration teams to deliver scalable system changes that meet business objectives.




- Maintain documentation for business processes, system configurations, and change history to support compliance and knowledge transfer.
- Identify and resolve system-related issues impacting financial reporting during period-close activities.

Required Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in NetSuite core modules including General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Fixed Assets
- Expertise in configuring NetSuite saved searches, custom fields, forms, and roles
- Ability to write and interpret SuiteAnalytics reports
- Experience with NetSuite workflow adjustments and system configuration
- Competence in user acceptance testing (UAT) planning, test case development, and defect tracking within NetSuite
- Troubleshooting and resolving NetSuite system issues

Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Zip or similar procurement/purchase order management platforms 2. Familiarity with Salesforce-to-NetSuite integration processes
