The Role
This is a senior-level support role for an accounting professional. You'll lead accounting-related issues across our support team, help agents resolve complex questions, and work closely with our Product team to make sure accounting issues are understood and addressed.



You'll also handle escalated tickets and phone calls with customers, who are primarily small to mid-sized professional services firms.
You do not need prior software support experience. We're looking for strong, practical accounting knowledge and the ability to explain accounting concepts clearly. We'll teach you our products.

What You'll Do
- Serve as the team's lead resource for accounting-related issues and support agents with complex questions.
- Monitor accounting tickets for SLA compliance and ensure timely, well-documented escalations.
- Partner with Product to ensure escalated issues are clearly understood from an accounting perspective.
- Identify product deficiencies and advocate for improvements based on customer impact and accounting best practices.
- Review proposed data corrections to ensure fixes are accurate from an accounting perspective.
- Handle escalated tickets and customer phone call
