You’ll collaborate with teams and take ownership of key processes, helping us move toward a more sustainable future.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Directly responsible for sustaining in the production line.
- Determine process steps and flow to move from inputs to expected output
- Determine method to complete each process step (e.g., machine‑based, people‑based or combination)
- Provide and maintain tools to perform each process step (e.g., SOPs, tooling, training)
- Monitor and continuously improve processes to ensure expected output targets or implement corrective action
- Provide detailed data collection and analysis (time studies, material flow, waste analysis)

What We're Looking For
- At least 4+ years of related experience working in a manufacturing environment is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferred and/or equivalent work experience.
- Able to be pro‑active throughout the project process to deliver results and take ownersh
