A Production Supervisor is responsible for leading production operations in the Toluca plant to achieve safety, quality, service, people development, and cost objectives.



This role ensures operational excellence through effective team leadership, continuous improvement, compliance with food safety and quality standards, and the development of organizational capabilities aligned with Barry Callebaut's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily production operations to ensure achievement of safety, quality, service, productivity, and cost objectives.
- Promote and maintain a strong safety culture, driving risk management initiatives and fostering a zero-accident environment.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, GMP, HACCP, and company standards, as well as regulatory requirements applicable to the food industry.
- Participate as an active member of the HACCP team and support internal audit activities.
- Analyze, resolve, and prevent operational deviations by implementing effective corrective and preventive actions.
