Purpose
To lead and oversee Orbia's global internal investigations program, ensuring effective and timely handling (management, analysis, resolution, and follow-up) of reports received through the Ethics Helpline and other channels.
In addition, participates in different audit engagements related to control improvement and potential cost savings.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead Orbia's internal investigations program across all Business Groups and geographies.
- Management of Ethics Helpline cases, including triage, assignment, execution, monitoring, resolution, communication and follow-up.
