Responsible for ensuring quality throughout the entire production process, from raw material receiving inspection and in-process quality control to finished product inspection. Responsible for managing and following up on external customer complaints. Audits the production process for scrap and ingot melting operations. Gathers and maintains plant documentation for customer audits, visits, and quality claim follow-up. Audits and evaluates raw material suppliers and monitors the performance of critical suppliers. Responsible for auditing products and control plans, as well as ensuring the closure of corrective actions.
Main Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with quality documentation requirements at each workstation.
- Report quality defects and findings during the production process and maintain defect records by workstation.




- Handle and respond to customer complaints, including 8D, 5W, 5D methodologies, and other problem-solving processes.
- Perform inspection and product release procedures for incoming materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
- Document lessons learned from customer complaints and recurring process defects.
- Inspect material batches to ensure compliance with acceptance criteria before shipment to internal and external customers.
- Support internal and external audits, as well as customer visits.
- Deploy quality alerts, containment actions, and inventory sorting activities.
- Evaluate raw material and alloying material suppliers.
- Responsible for the release and approval of raw materials and alloying materials.
- Evaluate the chemical composition of raw material batches, internal scrap, and external scrap. Document and analyze chemical test results.
