Healthcare Sales Director - Mexico

As a Healthcare Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving new business growth across Mexico by identifying, developing and securing new customer relationships within the healthcare sector. Reporting to the Head of Sales Mexico and Central America, you will act as a strategic hunter focused on expanding Elekta's market presence and delivering solutions that help healthcare providers improve patient outcomes. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders while building trusted relationships with healthcare executives, clinicians and decision-makers.

Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify and develop new business opportunities within hospitals, healthcare systems, oncology centers and other healthcare organizations.
- Execute targeted prospecting and lead-generation strategies to build a strong pipeline of opportunities.
- Engage with key decision-makers and stakeholders to understand their clinical, operational and business needs.




- Conduct comprehensive needs assessments and position tailored solutions that address customer requirements.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare professionals, administrators and executive leaders.
- Develop and execute strategic account and territory plans to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and key performance metrics.
- Partner with Marketing, Product Management, Clinical, Service and Customer Support teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Stay informed about healthcare industry trends, market developments and competitive activity.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals and business cases to prospective customers.
- Lead commercial negotiations and effectively address customer questions and objections.
