About This Role
We are currently looking for a (Full Time) Staff Accountant to join our growing team who will be responsible for the preparation of reconciliations, review, analysis, research, written variance explanations, and follow up on unusual movements. In addition with continued growth to the segment new opportunities will materialize providing chances to expand knowledge in other sectors of the company.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Monthly calculation of Accounts Receivables and the recording of the Bad-Debt Reserve accrual for doubtful accounts for 5 companies (pre-close).
- Monthly preparation and analysis of Accounts Receivables Reconciliation for 5 Companies (post-close).
- Follow up with the Account Receivables department on unusual, aged receivables and incorrect accounting entries.
- Reconciliation and Analysis of P&L; accounts
